The building was gorgeous, with beautiful interior paintings that added a touch of class. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center. We loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, especially after a long day of exploring. we were very satisfied with our stay.
Honestly, we couldn't find anything to complain about. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the historic district. We were able to explore the area easily on foot and visit many attractions. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, especially in getting us a taxi and assisting with lost luggage. the interior of the hotel was simply beautiful, with a charming courtyard and rooms overlooking it.
That our room had only a window to the interior of the building, resulting in no natural daylight. However, this wasn't a major issue for us.

I recently stayed at Hostal Flores for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. When I had noise issues in my original room, they immediately offered me a quiet and upgraded room. The building itself is beautiful and in a perfect location. The rooms were clean and cozy, with hot showers and incredibly comfortable beds. The staff, especially the owner and his son, were incredibly kind and always willing to help. I highly recommend Hostal Flores for your stay in Quito.

I stayed in a spacious room with cable TV and CNN in English. the location was great, close to restaurants and tour availability. the staff were friendly and accommodating, upgrading my room and allowing me to store my backpack. the interior was stylish and there were many places to sit and relax.
The construction noise from the hotel was disruptive to my work and sleep, despite my request for them to stop until the next day.
